People living in inner-city Salt Lake city struggle with getting food. They often try to find ways to be helped and to receive the nourishment they need. When they run out of food, what do they do? Some bishops in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints presiding in the inner-city area try to meet these needs of the people. A few bishops have decided to keep a few 48-hour emergency food kits on hand to give to people last-minute. If someone has lost their job or has not been paid and has NO food, they can come to the bishop for help and support. The problem is, bishops are CONSTANTLY running out of these kits, as there is a great need for them. I saw this as a problem and knew that something needed to be done to keep these bishops from running out of these kits. So, I gathered together donations and assembled many kits to give to these bishops. "Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try." - Gail Devers
