What happens with these kits?
When these kits are assembled, they are given to the bishop of the ward. People will come to him asking for food because they have none. Before they can work out something with the bishop to get more food, the people need to have food to eat immediately. That's where these kits come in. These are just a little something the bishop can give the person to tide them over for 2 days.
